2003 Flag Labyrinth Salzburg

Flag Labyrinth (7 paths, Classical, temporary installation), Home for Aged People Salzburg
Material: 650 paper flags on wooden poles
Diameter: 21 m
Duration of project: 1 week

The main concept of the project was to create an environment where different generations and different nationalities could communicate and work together. Half the flags were decorated with motives, chosen by the participants, the other half were national flags. At the Summer festival, to which guests were invited, all danced in the labyrinth to the sound of drums, beaten by the children.
